ABOUT ME

My name is Jacky. For most of my life, I struggled with being overweight and all the ups and downs that came with it. Everything changed when my coworkers at the restaurant I used to work at convinced me to give working out a shot. At first, it was grind, a hard grind. Changing old habits and creating new ones was tough, but pretty soon I found myself hooked. Getting into fitness didn’t just help me lose weight—it gave me a whole new outlook on life. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to start a fitness journey, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others. Whether it’s improving mobility, building strength, or working toward fat loss, I create plans that actually work with your lifestyle—not against it.

When I’m not coaching, I’m usually gaming, traveling, or enjoying some awesome food (no restrictions). I’m here to help you take those first steps, keep going when it gets tough, and celebrate every win along the way. Let’s level up together!
